As a show horse, Maclintock V is a Regional Champion Western Pleasure horse with a number of wins at shows. Sheila Varian broke Maclintock V as a three year old, he was a natural stopping and lead changing horse following directly in the hoofprints of Desperado V. He is now a very popular stallion with all breeders thrilled with the foals they are producing. Maclintock V’s sire is Desperado V , who is a fourth generation Varian Stallion, through Huckleberry Bey++, Bay El Bey++, and Bay-Abi++.
